Therefore, the Ministry has introduced the Internet e-Dirham Service, which is available 24 hours / 7 days (a week). Any e-Dirham Card Holder can access the e-Dirham English or Arabic Web Pages for any enquiries.

The current available facilities are:  

  1. e-Dirham (Fixed Value) Card Balance Enquiry

  2. e-Dirham (Fixed Value) Transactions Details

  3. Government Client Card Balance Enquiry

  4. Government Client Card Transactions Details

  5. Government Client Card PIN Number Change

  6. Government Client Card Deactivation (in case of loss or theft).

The current available facilities are:  

  1. A brief introduction about e-Dirham

  2. About e-Dirham Member Banks

  3. Enquire about the balance of You Government Client Card.

  4. Change your Government Client Card PIN Number.

  5. Deactivate your Government Client Card in case of loss or theft.

  6. Talk to the Customer Services (during Ministry Official Working Hours ONLY).
