How to Subscribe to Government Client Card?

1 ) Fill in the government client card application available at:

Ministry of Finance and Industry
Ministry of Economy and Commerce
Ministry of Information and Culture
Ministry of Health
Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs
Department of Naturalization and Residency
 Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank
National Bank of  Dubai
Commercial Bank of Dubai 
 Union National Bank
National Bank of Sharjah
Al-Mashreq Bank
Arab Bank for Investment & Foreign Trades

2 ) Application to be submitted to Ministry of Finance & Industry. Abu Dhabi – Dubai.

3 ) Subscriber will obtain Government Client Card with zero value.

4 ) Subscriber can load the Card with the value they want in any of the aforesaid banks.

. How can you obtain government service via Government Client Card?

Via the Ministries connected to the payment Network:

  • Submit the applications to the competent Ministries.
  • Ministry officer will enter the card in the payment Terminal and specify type of required service.
  • The fee value deducted automatically from the card balance.

    Via the Internet:

  • Access to the page of the Ministry whose service is required.
  • Selection of required service.
  • Insertion of Card Number.
  • Entry of the secret number.
  • Referral to the Ministry concerned to obtain the service.

How to obtain secret number?

  • It is inserted by the client at the first filling in the card at the bank.
